1: Return & Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges only in the following cases:
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item
- If you report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the parcel
- If you provide an unboxing video as proof (without cuts or edits)
📦 We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Size mismatch (please check size before ordering)
- Product not matching personal expectation (colors may vary slightly due to lighting/screen)
2. How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange:
- Contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp or Instagram
- Share your order number and unboxing video
- Once verified, we’ll guide you through the exchange process
Note: Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the error was from our side.
3. Refunds
We currently do not offer cash refunds.
However, in case of product unavailability or serious issue, we may offer:
- A replacement product, or
- A voucher/store credit usable on your next purchase
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
